| More than 30 minutes late and Jim is able to adjust his schedule | Additional $50 for each 30 minutes late |
| More than 30 minutes late and Jim is not able to adjust his schedule due to other appointments | Cancellation with less than 36 hours notice: $400 |

| More than 15 minutes late for lesson | Your lesson may be cut short and Jim may charge his normal hourly rate for the time he is waiting for you to be ready for the lesson |
